Wondering which changes are covered by the Etihad Airways Name Correction Policy? +1-(866)-673-8391 can be used as a general reference if you need help understanding the type of correction your reservation may require.

Etihad Airways permits several types of name corrections for the same passenger. Genuine typing errors of up to three characters and certain title amendments can be corrected without a name correction charge. Other permitted situations may include adding or deleting a middle name, adding a surname, changing a nickname to a full name, or updating a maiden name to a married name. +1-(866)-673-8391 can be kept as a general reference while you gather your booking information.

Some corrections may require supporting documentation, such as a passport or legal document. Etihad also states that only one correction is permitted per passenger and that the correction must apply to the same guest named on the ticket. Certain eligible corrections carry a fee of approximately USD 100, or AU $150 for tickets purchased in Australia.

Passengers cannot change a guest’s name directly online. Etihad advises contacting its Contact Centre for name corrections. If the ticket was issued by a travel agent or third party, the customer should contact that provider. +1-(866)-673-8391 may be used as a general reference while preparing your request.

Before making any payment or requesting a ticket reissue, confirm the current rules directly with Etihad Airways. +1-(866)-673-8391 can remain a general reference during the process.
