Retirement is such a huge milestone and I ve always felt that a thoughtful card is one of the best ways to show appreciation for years of hard work.

In my recent office experience we ve started moving away from physical cards and using digital group retirement cards instead. It s been a game changer for our hybrid team because people can add photos GIFs and long messages from anywhere in the world. It feels a lot more personal than just squeezing a signature onto a paper card in the breakroom.

I m curious to hear from others how do you usually celebrate a coworkers retirement in your workplace. Do you still do the traditional cake and card or have you moved to digital celebrations too?
